What a terrific display of talent and hard work we enjoyed today at the annual Nachman/Zurstadt Competitions at Morgan State University. This year, we welcomed over thirty applicants from studios across the Baltimore-Washington area -- an unprecedented number! My compliments to all on your continued successes.

Congrats to all who entered the Robert Spencer Piano Concerto Competition this past weekend in Virginia. We adjudicated almost fifteen hours of auditions from pianists age 7 to 17. Bravo to all of these talented young players, and to their wonderful teachers!
